New Horizons in Psychotherapy and Counselling
Psychophonetics offers a quantum leap in psycho-development and self-care. It does not work in or on the past, but deploys modalities to address issues in the present. This has empirically been proven to be highly beneficial in many ways, i.e. far fewer sessions are needed to address and resolve issues effectively.

This new approach is based on indications from Rudolf Steiner around spiritual psychology and rooted in a deep understanding of the soul’s forces and the function of the life-body, which holds records of all experiences.
The essence of the process is non-verbal; clients emerge from one session with an enhanced sense of their own being and a set of tools which they themselves will have created from gestures and sounds that constitute an emotional ‘antidote’ to obsessive or reactionary patterns.
This workshop will give a good insight into Psychophonetics and a practical experience to support your personal growth and strengthen your self-care.
