New Horizons in Psychotherapy and Counselling

Psychophonetics offers a quantum leap in Psychotherapy and Counselling: historically the industry has kept its clients in a long term cycle of sessions, risking dependency or transfer- ence, forever looking into the past, uncovering layers of issues to discuss and process.

Psychophonetics is quantitatively different as it does not work in or on the past, but deploys modalities to address issues in the present. This has empirically been proven to be highly beneficial in many ways, i.e. far fewer sessions are needed to address and resolve issues effectively.

Psychophonetics is based on indications from Rudolf Steiner for a spiritual psychology.

It is rooted in a deep understanding of the soul’s forces and the function of the life-body, which holds records of all experiences.

The essence of the process is non-verbal and clients emerge from one session with an enhanced sense of their own being and, more importantly for their future independence, with a set of tools which they themselves will have created from gestures and sounds and which constitute an emotional ‘antidote’ to the obsessive or reactionary patterns that they have come to seek help with.

The daily practice of these freely created responses to what is now a clearly-perceived pat- tern, allows a new response, rather than the previous deeply-grooved reaction, to the ‘tr- igger’ events in their life.

This workshop will give a good insight into psychophonetics and practical experience to support your personal growth and strengthen your self-care.
